PROGRAM COST EXCLUSIONS

Passport and visa fees (if required); personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, or meals not specified; travel insurance of any kind (medical, baggage, or trip cancellation); optional activities; airfare and associated taxes; airport transfers; baggage fees; and any services not explicitly listed under “What’s Included.”

 

PROGRAM SIZE

Transcend Connect accommodates up to 120 guests, depending on stateroom configuration.

 

PROGRAM COST INCLUSIONS

Seven nights aboard Transcend Connect; all meals and beverages as outlined in the “Inclusions” section; selected guided shore experiences; onboard entertainment; welcome and farewell receptions; and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the ship.

 

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT

A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 90 days before departure.

MasterCard, Visa, or Discover may be used for payments.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or delays.

Detours Gay Adventure Travel and Transcend Cruises are not responsible for costs related to cancellations, medical issues, delays, or lost luggage.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS

Airfare is not included in the program price.
Guests are responsible for their own flight arrangements and any related changes or penalties.

 

HEALTH & MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Guests should be in good general health and able to walk unassisted, including boarding/disembarking the ship and navigating steps.

Any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. Travelers requiring assistance must travel with a companion.

PREPARING FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Detailed pre-departure information, including packing tips and travel details, will be provided before embarkation.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY OR PROGRAM

Transcend Cruises reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, accommodations, or program details as necessary for operational, safety, or environmental reasons.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Transcend Cruises acts as an agent for transportation and travel services. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of all terms and acknowledgment of the inherent risks of travel.

Transcend Cruises and Detours Gay Adventure Travel are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, government actions, or mechanical issues.

They reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or remove any guest whose behavior affects the safety or enjoyment of others (without refund)
  • Substitute vessels, hotels, or services of similar standard
  • Modify or cancel the program if necessary (liability limited to payments received)

Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to travel disruptions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Guest information is kept confidential and shared only with necessary travel partners. Guests may opt out of sharing contact details with fellow travelers.

PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE

By participating, guests consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes without compensation.
